Q1. Voice input is not working

A: Please check your browser's microphone permission. In Chrome or Safari, you can check the microphone permission status from the icon on the left side of the URL bar. Also, voice input is only available on HTTPS connections (or localhost).

Q2. Even after changing the display language with the language toggle button, the AI's reply remains in Japanese

A: The upper-left toggle mainly changes UI strings (labels, greeting, etc.). AI replies are translated when your message text is detected as non-Japanese (English, Chinese, or Korean). If you keep typing in Japanese, replies stay in Japanese even if the UI is in another language.

Q3. Can I consult about multiple symptoms at the same time?

A: Yes, you can. You can input multiple symptoms at once, such as "I have a headache and a cough." The AI will comprehensively evaluate and suggest appropriate over-the-counter medicines.

Q4. How can I update my user information after registering it?

A: You can update your information at any time from the "User Info" button. Changes are reflected immediately and will be included in subsequent AI recommendations.

Q5. There is no response from the pharmacist request

A: Pharmacists will reply during weekday business hours. If urgent, please consult a medical institution or visit a nearby pharmacy. For emergencies, please call 119 or #7119 (Emergency Consultation Center).

Q6. Is the pharmacist consultation free?

A: Yes, it is currently free to use in the beta version. However, due to test operations, response time and content may be limited.

Q7. Are medicines with age restrictions automatically excluded?

A: Yes, medicines for children under 15 years old are prioritized, and medicines with age restrictions are automatically excluded. Also, registering your age in user information enables more appropriate recommendations.

Q8. Are drug interactions (drug combinations) automatically checked?

A: Yes, if you register your current medications in user information, the AI will automatically check for interactions. If applicable, a warning will be displayed and you will be prompted to consult a doctor.

Q9. If I have allergies, will medicines containing those ingredients not be recommended?

A: If you register your allergies in user information, medicines containing those ingredients will be automatically excluded and a warning will be displayed. However, if allergy information is not registered, they may not be excluded, so please register in advance.

Q10. Is conversation history saved?

A: Conversation history is maintained during the session, but is deleted when you close the browser. User information (age, gender, allergies, etc.) is saved in the browser's local storage and can be used on your next visit.
